Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 cans (15 1/4 ozs each) whole kernel corn – undrained
  • 2 cans (15 ozs each) chili beans – undrained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ozs) diced tomatoes – undrained
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
