Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies
A shortbread type cookie with a Hershey's Kiss in the middle. Delectable!
- 1 bag (9 oz) Hershey's Kisses unwrapped
- 1 cup (2 cubes) butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 packed lt. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup Hershey's Mini chips (optional)
Cream together: butter, sugars, vanilla
Add mini chips (optional)
Form small amounts of dough around each Hershey's Kiss. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
I always double this recipe - just because they are so good, and disappear so fast!
I usually bake around 7 minutes or so, as I like the outer part kind of soft!
