Garlic Lover's Rub

Use for grilling or broiling. This wet rub is so aromatic, so pungent and flavorful and so versatile, it works with virtually any meat or vegaetable. Try it on portobello mushrooms, onions, squash, and zucchini, shrimp, salmon, chicken, pork, beef and lamb.

Ingredients
- 16 gloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 teaspoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. using your hands, spread the rub evenly onto your food of choice just before grilling.
