Shelly's Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and ham. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over ham and cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
