Fresh Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbs chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 ripe tomatoes, cored and finely diced
- 12 oz dry pasta, cooked, drained and very hot
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, toss the onion with garlic, olive oil, parsley, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to taste and tomatoes. Add pasta and parmesan cheese
