Pappardelle With Spicy Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • Brown ¾ pound ground beef with 6 cloves chopped garlic, 2 anchovy fillets, and ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper.
  • Add one 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes and ¼ cup dry white wine. Simmer for 10 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss with 12 ounces pappardelle (cooked) and top with grated Parmesan.
