Basic Salmon Patties
An easy and economical dish for the family.
- 14 ounces canned salmon with juice, large bones removed
- 1 egg
- 2 TB onion chopped
- 1 stalk of celery chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Mix all the ingredients together except the oil. Place enough oil into a large skillet to just cover the bottom. Heat the skillet on medium. Form salmon mixture into patties, and place into the skillet. Fry until the bottom side is golden brown then flip and fry the other side. Remove patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any extra oil.
