Peanut Butter Cornflake No Bake Cookie

Like a cross between rice cereal treats and peanut brittle.

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Corn Syrup
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
• 6 cups of corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, add butter and peanut butter till melted. Pour over cornflakes and mix until combined.
Then either press into a cookie sheet lined with wax paper (or drop onto wax paper if you want drop style) and allow to cool before cutting.
