Cream Puff (fillings)

Ingredients

  • 8 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup, UNDILUTED, (cream cheese or mayonnaise can be substituted)
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3 Tbls sherry
  • 1 pkg (6 0z) frozen cleaned cooked shrimp, thawed and drained or 1 cup cleaned, cooked shrimp. (can also use crabmeat or tuna.)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp.

Heat to serving temperature.

Add shrimp, crabmeat or tuna and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Spoon 1/3 cup filling into each cream puff and replace top.
