Lay out the 4 slices of bread, and spread 1 Tbsp of pizza sauce onto each. On 2 slices, layer on the mozzarella, ham, pineapple, jalapeno, granulated garlic, and cheddar. Top with remaining 2 slices of bread.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Place sandwiches into the hot skillet, cover, and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 4-5 minutes. Flip sandwiches, cover, and cook until golden brown on the other side and the cheese has fully melted, about 4-5 remaining minutes. If the bread turns golden brown before the cheese has fully melted, reduced stove heat to low and keep the sandwiches covered until the cheese is melted.
