Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • liquid hot sauce
  • 1 or 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 can chopped green chili's
  • 1 large bag cheddar & jack cheese
  • taco sauce
  • green onions
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • guacamole
  • sour cream
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

BROWN hamburger and chopped onion. Add salt and 1/4 cup liquid hot sauce. DRAIN.
SPREAD 1 or 2 cans refried beans in a shallow open-proof dish.
SPREAD meat evenly on top of beans.
SPREAD I can drained, chopped green chili's on top of meat.
COVER evenly with 2 or 3 cups shredded Cheddar and Jack Cheese.
POUR 3/4 cup taco sauce over cheese.
BAKE uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
REMOVE from oven and garnish with 3/4 cup chopped green onions & 1 cup sliced black olives.
In center MOUND guacamole & sour cream in the middle.
SURROUND edges with tortilla chips to scoop with.
BEST SERVED HOT
