Honey Butter Ambrosia

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. honey
  • 3 sticks soft butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, combine sugar, cream and honey. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Put softened butter in blender and pour hot mixture on top. Blend on medium speed until well mixed. Add vanilla and mix again. Put in airtight container and cool in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated.
