Ingredients
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 32 oz pkg hash browns, frozen chunks
- 2 T butter, melted and divided
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- Cooking spray
- 2 c cornflakes, coarsely crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine onion, paprika, black pepper, potatoes, and 1 T butter in bowl. Toss well. Combine soup and cheese in medium size bowl. Microwave on high 6 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Pour cheese mixture over potato mixture, and stir well. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine cornflakes and remaining 1 T butter, and sprinkle over potatoes mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
