Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomato juice, fresh or canned
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 small onion, peeled
  • 1 sweet green pepper, quartered and seeded
  • dash of hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
