Ingredients
- 5 cups Coconut; shredded
- 2/3 cup Flour
- 1 14-oz can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ea Egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Measure and mix coconut and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add in salt, then condensed milk and egg white. Mix thoroughly. Drop 1/8 cup scoopfuls on to a cookie sheet. (I use my Pampered Chef scooper - works great!) Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately and allow to cool on a wire rack.
