Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Pot Roast (Boneless chuck roast is good!)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can of French onion soup
  • Potatoes, carrots and onions

Preparation

Step 1

Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in crock pot. Pour 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup and 1 can of French Onion Soup. DO NOT ADD WATER! Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Set crock pot on low and let it cook for at least 8-10 hours.


You can cook it in the oven, covered, at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours if you prefer.
