Ingredients

  • 3 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package) Vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 2 Cup (32 tbsp.) Milk
  • 1 Cup (16 tbsp.)Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 ⁄4 Cup (12 tbsp.) Peanut butter
  • 13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained Canned crushed pineapple
  • 1 ⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), Heavy cream whipped

Preparation

Step 1

1) Prepare the pudding adding milk as per the package directions and allow to cool.
2) Combine the crumbs and peanut butter with fingers.
3) Then stir the pineapple into the pudding and gently fold in cream.
4) In a serving dish, place the layers of crumbs and pudding alternately with the crumbs on top.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately or when desired.
