Epicurious; mixed green salad with Roquefort vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Epicurious; mixed green salad with Roquefort vinaigrette (1996 Bon appetite)
  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 8 oz plum tomatoes (seeded, diced)
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c chopped and toasted pecans
  • 1/2 c. Olive oil
  • 3 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Roquefort cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in large bowl except last three; combine oil and vinegar & season with salt/pepper. Shake to mix. Pour on salad and add the cheese crumbles and serve
