Easy Lemon Bars*

My niece Dian and I love these lemony bars.
They also freeze well.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of one-step angel food cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz.) lemon pie filling
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

With a spoon, stir together cake mix and pie filling, do not use an electric mixer. Pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan, 10-1/2x15-1/2 inches. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
