Macaroni and Cheese
- 1- 16oz box of velvetta cheese
- 1 - 24 oz extra sharp cracker barrel cheese
- 1 - 24 oz sharp cracker barrel cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 - lb bag of elbow macaroni
- black pepper to taste
Boil macaroni, rinse and put in baking pan
mix egg, heavy cream, black pepper and cheese together
add to macaroni
Save a little cheese for the topping.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. oven temp 350
Before serving add shredded cheese on top. return to oven to melt.
