Overnight Layered Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 to 2 red onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • 3 to 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 8-oz. jar mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Top with onions, frozen peas, eggs, radishes and bacon. Spoon mayonnaise completely over top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
