Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp.onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbps. or more teriyaki sauce for basting
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Form into patties and cook until cooked through. Baste with teriyaki sauce.
