Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 egg
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 8 oz package Shredded Italian Five Cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 10 - 12 cooked lasagna noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat and drain.
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; mix well and set aside.
3. Combine cream cheese, chicken broth and Italian seasoning. Add egg, shredded cheese and parsley to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
4. Spread half the meat sauce onto bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish sprayed with Pam.
5. Spread each cooked noodle with approx 3 tbsp cheese mixture.
6. Roll up and place, seam side down over sauce in dish.
7. Top with remaining sauce and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until heated through.
