- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup EVVO
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 Tspn hot smoked paprika
- 2 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
