7-Layer Salad

A mixture of healthy foods.

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Lettuce, Chopped up
  • 1 Cup Celery
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 10oz box frozen peas (raw)
  • 4 Hard boiled eggs, Chopped
  • 8 Tbsp bacon bits
  • 2-3 cups mayonnaise mixed with 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Layer ingredients in a bowl in the order above. Spread mayo over top. Sprinkle with cheese.(This can be made the day before). Mix when ready to serve.

(Lettuce is bottem layer, Cheese is top layer)
