Ham (Red Wine Glaze)

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 2 cups red wine (cheap and dry)
  • ¾ to 1 cup of brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 2 tbls. Dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Pour glaze over ham, baste every 30 minutes.

Cook for 3 hours.
