Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
- 1/3 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/3 cup Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Almond Butter
- 3 Kale Leaves (stemmed and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 3/4 cup Apple Cider; Juice or Water to blend
Preparation
Step 1
1/2 cup Frozen Banana
1/3 cup Frozen Cherries
1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/3 cup Yogurt
2 teaspoons Almond Butter
3 Kale Leaves (stemmed and chopped)
1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
3/4 cup Apple Cider; Juice or Water to blend
Combine everything in a blender and blend it until completely smooth. Serve.
Helpful Tip:
1. Juice a whole bag of limes and freeze the juice in ice trays for individual servings.
