Ingredients
- Meatloaf
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup crushed saltines
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- Topping
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worchester Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 6 ingredients together in bowl. Crumble uncooked ground beef over and mix together. Shape into loaf.
Topping: Mix ketchup, brown sugar and Worchester sauce together.
Pour 3/4 cup topping over meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or till internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Cool and slice.
Top with remaining sauce.
