Luck of the Irish Whiskey Cocktail

This cool and soothing St. Patrick's day lucky cocktail features a mix of Irish whiskey, Irish cream, creme de menthe and a garnishing of chocolate shavings. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Irish whiskey
• 1 ounce Irish whiskey and cream based liqueur (recommended: Bailey's Irish Cream)
• 1/2 ounce creme de menthe
• Ice, as needed
• 1 mint-flavored chocolate candy, shaved (recommended: Andes candy)

Preparation

Step 1

Shake whiskey, Irish whiskey-cream liqueur, and creme de menthe over ice; strain and pour into an up glass. Shave mint candy over top.
