Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 c halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1/2 c of pitted Kalamata olives
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta as directed on package.
While the water boils, heat the olive oil in a skillet over med heat and add garlic, and stir until fragrant (about a minute)
Add tomatoes to skillet, cooking until they begin to soften.
Add chicken, raise the heat to med-high heat and cook until its browned through (about 5-7 min.)
Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 c of the water.
Toss the pasta with the chicken, adding the reserved pasta water if needed, stir in the olives and top with cheese.
