Ingredients
- 2 cups baby carrots, slivered
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter and oil in skillet. Add carrots and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until carrots and liquid are absorbed, about 15 minutes.
