Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- I onion, chopped
- 6 - 7 medium potatoes, I use red because they are less starchy
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 soup cans of milk

Step 1
Saute onion in butter in a large pot. Peel and cube the potatoes and add to the onion - add hot water to barely cover. Season with salt and pepper and garlic salt. Cook til soft and add cubed cheese til melted. Combine soup and milk, then add to the potatoes.
