Micro-Wave Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 - 1 cup chopped vegetable (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 - 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 - 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 - 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 - 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. put all ingredients into a microwave safe container. Stir and Cover.
2. Microwave on high for twenty minutes.
3. Leave for about 5 minutes.
4. Stir, and serve.
