Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 & 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the milk, egg and oil together. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the milk mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour into individual muffin cups, greased. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
