  • 2 Small Boxes Vanilla Pudding (not instant)
  • 2 Small Boxes Tapioca Pudding (not instant)
  • 1 (20 oz.) Can Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1 (16 oz.) Can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 Small Jar Maraschino Cherries
  • 3 Large Bananas, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Orange Extract

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and reserve all juices from the fruits in a big bowl. Add enough water to make 6 cups of fruit liquid. In a large saucepan, combine juices and pudding mixes. Mix well. Cook and stir until it is at a full boil on medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in orange extract. Cool well. Add fruit and refrigerate. Add bananas just before serving. Mix well.
