Kwifruit Caipiroska

Here, the Brazilian caipirinha uses
vodka in place of the usual cachar;a.
Kiwifruits give it a punch of flavor

Ingredients

  • Muddle 6 peeled kiwifruits in a bowl
  • or pulse in a food processor until
  • chopped and juice is extracted.
  • Strain fruit through a fine sieve; discard solids.
  • Transfer to a large pitcher. Stir in 3 cups tonic, 1 cup limeade. and 1/2 cup vodka. Fill pitcher with ice cubes.

Preparation

Garnish with peeled kiwifruit slices.

Serves 6 to 8
