Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Allow margarine and cream cheese to come to room temperature; beat together until smooth and then slowly add powdered sugar. Once all of the sugar is in the bowl mix on high for at least 12 minutes. When icing is almost done add extract and lemon juice and continue mixing.
Keep refrigerated!
