Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • Filling:
  • 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 (13 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk or 1 1/2 Cups Sweet Milk
  • Cinnamon

Step 1

For the cake: sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil and sugar; stir well. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cake dough in bottom and on sides. For filling: Mix all ingredients together; beat until smooth. Pour filling into shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
