Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Filling:
- 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 (13 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk or 1 1/2 Cups Sweet Milk
- Cinnamon

Step 1
For the cake: sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil and sugar; stir well. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cake dough in bottom and on sides. For filling: Mix all ingredients together; beat until smooth. Pour filling into shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
