Autumn Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Vege Oil
  • 4 Pork Chops 3/4" Thick
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 C Apple Juice or Water
  • 2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Good Dash Grond Pepper
  • 4 C Hot Cooked Medium
  • egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook
until browned. Add soup, apple juice,
honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook over low heat 5 min. or until
done. Serve with noodles.
