Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Vege Oil
- 4 Pork Chops 3/4" Thick
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 C Apple Juice or Water
- 2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Good Dash Grond Pepper
- 4 C Hot Cooked Medium
- egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook
until browned. Add soup, apple juice,
honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook over low heat 5 min. or until
done. Serve with noodles.
