Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 (5.2oz.) cubes Boursin cream cheese
  • 3 c heavy cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
  • s/p

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan. Set aside

In a large saucepan, heat cream, Boursin and cream cheese until melted over medium-low heat. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooked pasta, coating well. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan. Top with cheddar jack cheese. Bake at 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
