Cornbread (Mexican)

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup plain cornmeal
  • 1 cup cream style corn
  • 1 cup grated cheese (any)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and bake at 350° F for about 40 minutes.
