Ingredients

  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 small white or yellow onion
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • pkg skinless boneless thighs or breasts
  • 1 small can 8 0z tomato sauce
  • oregano
  • S&P
  • 5 cloves of garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop green pepper and onion.
Saute green pepper and onion until soft. Mash garlic together with oregano, s & p, add to sauce pan cook for a few minutes. Add a can of tomato sauce fill the can up with water and add water to pan. Season the chicken with salt or garlic salt. Add whole thigh or if using breast cut in half. Add to pan. Put top on, cook low to medium heat for an hour.
