SEAFOOD: Mango and Tuna Sashimi Salad

I haven't tried it yet but I think this would work with shrimp or Sea scallops

Ingredients

  • chill 2 hours
  • 1 lb sushi grade tuna (Try boiled shrimp)
  • 2 TB chopped scallions
  • 2 TB chopped cilantro
  • 3 TB soy sauce
  • 1 TB jalapeno minced
  • 2 TB toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 TB finally chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 large mango diced
  • 1 TB toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Heat oil, remove from heat, stir in garlic and ginger.
Pour oil mixture over tuna mixture tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Stir mango gently into tuna mixture.
Spoon into bowls an sprinkle w, sesame
seeds.
