SEAFOOD: Mango and Tuna Sashimi Salad

I haven't tried it yet but I think this would work with shrimp or Sea scallops

Ingredients
- prep: 18 min
- cook: 1 min.
- chill 2 hours
- 1 lb sushi grade tuna (Try boiled shrimp)
- 2 TB chopped scallions
- 2 TB chopped cilantro
- 3 TB soy sauce
- 1 TB jalapeno minced
- 2 TB toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 TB finally chopped fresh ginger
- 1 large mango diced
- 1 TB toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Heat oil, remove from heat, stir in garlic and ginger.
Pour oil mixture over tuna mixture tossing to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Stir mango gently into tuna mixture.
Spoon into bowls an sprinkle w, sesame
seeds.
