Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup whey low
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia or splenda
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup ground pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Filling:
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whey low
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia or splenda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together ingredients for the crust until dough comes together. Press crust into an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
Beat cream cheese and sweeteners on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in vanilla and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool.
