Ingredients

  • 8-10 oz. Wide Egg Noodles
  • 16 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 8 oz. Tomato Paste
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped

Step 1

Cook noodles with a small amount of olive oil added to water; drain. Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion and green pepper. Brown and drain ground beef. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Alternate noodles, cheeses, tomato sauces and ground beef in a baking dish. Repeat layers once. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
