Rhubarb Dessert

  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter



Step 1

Put rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar. Sprinkles jello
on top of that. Sprinkle dry cake mix next. Sprinkle 1 cup water on top of
cake mix. Sprinkle melted butter on top.

Bake 45 min. at 350.
