Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 3 tab. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 t. seasoning salt
  • 1 tab. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tab. soy sauce
  • 1 tab. A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 tab. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 bup beef broth
  • 1 t. Heinz 57 Steak sauce
  • 1/4 t. garlic salt
  • 1 t. white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Shape the ground beef into 6 patties, approximately 3/4 in. thick

2. Combine all other ingredients in a resealable bag and mix well. Add the patties and marinate, refrigerated, 12 hours or overnight.

3. Grill, pantry or broil to your desired degree of doneness.

4. Remove from heat, pass the napkins and enjoy.
