I mix this in a 2 gallon zip lock bag, add any spice you might want. I usually keep this part fairly simple but you can go wild. (No rules). I would add some pepper, chives, celery, onion etc
When you take the turkey out the next day, pat dry, rub butter under skin of breast meat, (if you do not put your stuffing in turkey i stuff mine with celery pieces a lemon cit in quarters and a orange cut in quarters and a onion cut in quarters. ( i squeeze some of the juice from fruit to brush on turkey)
Mix juice with about 2 tbls. Of olive oil brush on turkey, sprinkle with salt, pepper and place in oven. Check the info on turkey for temp. And time per pound..?
