SQUASH PUFF

  • 3 cups cooked squash
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • greased pan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and mash squash. Add onion, butter, eggs, cream, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Beat with electric beater until well blended. Pour in well greased pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs drizzled with melted butter.

Bake 25 minutes in 350 oven.
