Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 10 oz cans golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- cooked hot rice or mashed potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
place all ingredients except sour cream, flour, pepper, and rice or mashed potatoes in 3 - 4 quart crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
in small bowl combine sour cream flour and pepper then blend well, add a spoonful of hot liquid from crockpot and blend with wire wisk. Add sour cream mixture to crockpot and stir well, cook on low for 30 to 40 minuites until thickened and blended
serve over hot rice or mashed potatoes
